Private Treaty

Property is marketed and promoted with sale price (range) and offers negotiated in private between the seller and the buyer.

Auction

Sale held in a public forum with buyers invited to bid for property and the property sold to the highest bidder if the reserve price is reached or exceeded.

Tender

Agent sets closing date for offers on proper ty to be submitted to the seller in sealed format (with buyer’s offered price, terms, and conditions). Seller can accept or reject the offer.
